Currarong is a sleepy village surrounded by beautiful National Park, on the Beecroft peninsula of Jervis Bay. It is hard to believe that such a place still exists. There are no high rise buildings, just holiday cottages and extensive views from the foreshores of aqua blue waters, pelicans, and the occasional dolphin frolicking in the bay.

There are two nearby beaches - Warrain Beach, a long white sandy stretch of beach, and Bosum Beach, a delightful smaller beach and natural rockpool with crystal clean water which are both perfect for safe swimming, especially for children. Currarong is also a well known dive site around the wreck of the Merimbula, and one of the few places in Australia where you can fish for marlin off the rocks around the point.

Because of the proximity to the Jervis Bay National Park wildlife is abundant- with beautiful native birds and small kangaroos which come into the village to feed on the lawns at night. If you are lucky you may see some!

Some of the many activities in the Currarong area are; swimming, snorkeling & scuba diving, fishing, boating, bushwalking, cycling, tennis, bowling, eating out and barbeques.
